i don't have anything to say
just a memory of tasp that came to me tonight
and in the spirit of tasp... freestyle writing like our morning pages

sitting on the outside at night
cooler than usual
sky's the dark blue that fades away
with stars that twinkle in and out of existence
hearing the faint thrumming of the guitar
tucked away in our little meeting place
a little requiem of yesterday
soft touches of a breeze that clings
tainted with the city smells
on top of rooftop full of memories
and wanting to go home
not realizing i already had a family there
a home of sorts
i can't remember the last time i went out and looked at the stars
buried in a living tomb of my room
i guess i better do that now
before i forget how to live again
